Hi so i just bought a new computer and im having trouble installing PT4 and Note caddy. It wants me to buy a subscription, how do i install with my previous purchases. Thank you

Copy/paste your existing registration code when prompted into PokerTracker 4. You can access your PokerTracker registration code at any time by signing into your PokerTracker.com account and visiting your My Account -> Registration Codes page.

Hi Flag, so when i launch PT4 on new system, it says registration code is not valid, and i have no other way to put it in. Now what?

And than asks if i would want to continue in Trial mode

Ok so i got it to work, but now none of my hand histories or Note caddy info is saved. What do i do now?

You can transfer the poker data from your old computer to the new one using backup & restore - see this guide:

So i had backed up my files from my old computer, and when i went to upload and restore it, there was no file. So any other way to do it?

What specifically have you done? If you have created the backup file on the old computer have you transferred that backup file to the new computer? If you haven't transferred the backup file between computers then you are not going to see it if you are trying to run the restore on the new computer.
