Hi,
Since your latest update, I cant import hands anymore, this is highly annoying and problematic.
I checked the site settings and nothing has changed, please help me asap.

manual import says complete but it imported zero hands, still blank after refresh.
auto import while playing shows and remains at zero hands.
site is partypoker.fr // format is spin

Processed files folders are empty, hands history files are empty, what the heck is going on ? I highly relies on those data, this is a big problem !

So we can see what's going on here please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then attach your support bundle to a
Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. Thank you.
