Uploading a custom theme to the showcase page

Hello, I have a customized theme and deck that I want to be uploaded and available to download in your custom deck and themes section? How do I proceed with that? It's a silly question probably but I'm being unable to find the upload option or something like that. Appreciate any help, thanks!
