C net error

Ever since i started using PT4 a few months ago, this error has periodically occurred. Before and after after adjusting the Pokerstars tournament file for the correct info and re-saving it, the "my c net won" and "my c net adjusted columns don't show a number, they show 0.00. If I change some values and re-save, sometimes multiple times, sometimes the correct figures show up, but not always. Anyone else have this issue? (I tried attaching a file to show this but it's telling me I can't attach a PDF?)
