When multitabling my pc and mouse are pretty slow..(spec: intel i7 8700k.....3,70 ghz,32 ram)
Maybe problem is my backup-> when I made a backup, I had all the notes and colors, which is strange/and something else I have processed folder in 2 different place/folder.One looks like old backup folder(name is same like old) and the other in standard directory...

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and advise you accordingly. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4:
