Export only some tournaments

Guys how can i export only some tournaments (and not all my tournaments) to send to a friend who will be able to analyze them in his PT4?

Go to 'Database -> Export Hands -> Tournaments'. Select the tournaments you want to export using shift-click or ctrl-click and then press 'Export Hands':
