Hand History files in use and cant delete (minor issue)

Hi. I play on Betonline and use the hand converter for PT4. All that works great.

From time to time I like to clean up(Delete) my converted hand history files since they are already loaded in the PT4 DB. But I can't.. I get files in use by PT4 when I try and delete them..

Why would they still be in use once PT4 has loaded them into its DB?

And is the only way I can delete them to shut down PT4?

If you have 'Get Hands While Playing' running then any files will be being monitored. If you stop 'Get Hands While Playing' it should archive the hand history files to the 'Processed' folder automatically.
Check Configure > Sites & Import Options > Preferences for how to configure where they get archived to.
