888 updated last time I logged on to 888 and since then no hud on the snap tables. Imports hands but no hud showing since update. Anyone else having this problem.

This issue is caused by 888 updating their poker client from 32-bit to 64-bit and this is a major change. It is our highest priority to release an update which includes SNAP support for this new 888 64-bit client however it may take a few days.

Has a PT4 update been released yet for this? I'm still using the 32-bit 888 client and don't want to update until my HUD will work with Snap tables on the new 64-bit version too.

An update for this hasn't been released yet but if you want to test a pre-release version with Snap support on the new 888 client then you can open a
Support Ticket.

Thanks for that. I'm in no real hurry so will just wait until PT4 is good to go before updating the 888 client

This has been fixed so please
update to PokerTracker v4.17.5 if you haven't already done so. If it's still not working turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce the issue by playing on a Snap table for a few minutes and then attach your support bundle to a
Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
