problem when I want to see a hand like in picture 2 it appear as in the pic number 1 I tried to change it but nothing is happening
Any tips?

i want to see the hand like in the first picture ( standard one) and I see it like the second picture

The formatting options do not apply to the original hand history text.

Sorry I don't undestand whay you mean. I post 2 diferents history viewer images.
The first one where the hand history viewer is working fine, and the second where is not working fine....
I don't know if I did something wrong but I want the hand history viewer to be like the one in the first image

In the second screenshot select 'Options -> Display Options' and turn off 'Show Hand History Text'.
