My notecaddy completely stop working from this new update i cannot even use pokertracker properly

Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4. Reproduce the problem(s) and create a Support Bundle, and attach that to a Support Ticket along with an explanation of exactly what didn't work correctly. Attaching screenshots may help explain what problems you are seeing.

I don't see any Support Ticket opened using this account. If you used a different account/email address what is the ticket number?
