Created new database and proceeded to delete the default tags from it. After sucessfuly deleting one tag, I get the error message when deleting the second one.

Thought something was messed up with my install and reinstalled both postgresql and PT4. Got same error. What gives?

This is a known issue that has been reported to the development team. If you want to receive a notification when the fix is released please open a Support Ticket.
In the meantime you will need to avoid deleting the default tags.
