Results By Date Malfunction

View Stats ---> Results ---> By Date

Using the standard "Configure Report" function, a few extra stats were added to the both the "Basic" and the "Advanced" Results by Date.

The software did not respond well to these added stats and now when I click "By Date" from Results the system fails to load any results by date, as it had previous to the added stats attempt.

It just says "Populating. . ." but no results appear even after waiting over 30 minutes.

Please advise on how to repair this, or, at worst, on how to restore the "By Date" results to the original settings prior to the attempted stats addition.

Configure the report again and either remove the stats you added (by double clicking them in the list on the right) or use the 'Restore to Default' button to reset the report to its default configuration.

Most normal stats should work OK, but some stats can cause the data to be grouped (or more likely split) in such a way that it generates a massive number of rows of data that can cause problems.
If you have a stat that you think should work in the report but doesn't please share the report and stat names here, or if it's a custom stat export it and attach it here or in a Support Ticket so that we can take a look.
