some hands aren't importing since .37 update

Since update, not all my hands are being imported. I'm getting this error in the import window.

Error: Ignition: Invalid initial stack. (Hand #4129631974) (Line #177)

My numbers at chico look a bit suspicious but I haven't found any chico errors yet.

Can you please send this hand history sample to us in a Support Ticket. If you need to revert to PokerTracker v4.15.36 you can download that from here.

Hello,
Was there any resolution on this? I still see this error in .38 for some hands in cash games.

The files the OP sent didn't generate any errors and they never followed up further with us. If you have a problem then please enable logging via 'Configure > Options', restart PokerTracker 4 and then import from your files. Next send your log file and hand history sample to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

I've been getting that import error sometimes as well and as far as I can tell it's when a hand starts with a player at the table with a starting stack of $0. Say a player busts on the previous hand and doesn't have auto-rebuy turned on; the next hand the log will have them at the table with a starting stack of $0 and the hand won't import. I was able to fix individual instances of this by editing the log to show the starting stack of the $0 player to something greater than $0, saving the file, and then re-importing it. But hopefully this helps you fix the problem going forward because if I wasn't paying attention then my results graph would be off by multiple buy-ins. I'll submit my log file now for you guys to check out.

This issue has been reported to the development team to be fixed. I don't see any Support Ticket submitted from your account but if you open one we can send you a notification when a fix is available.
