I finally think we have made some good progress! <fingers crossed> Please download and install the latest alpha version (2448) linked below:

PokerTracker v4.15.38.2448 - Download [Edit: Old link removed]

If you are still experiencing crashes with this latest alpha version please submit your crash report on the next start of PokerTracker 4. We are monitoring them very closely.

I submitted a ticket on this today.

Was working for about 5 hours, and then it crashed.

The same thing is happening to me. I updated to Windows 11 and this and Flopzilla, so I downloaded PT4 to see if it was any different and it isn't. I have expanded my RAM to 32Gb and updated the drivers for my AMD Ryzen chip set as suggested above, and while after that, it did seem to extend the time between crashes, they are still happening.

Here is the latest alpha version with a lot of improvements and fixes for the random Windows 11 crash:
