Files are being read but not imported on Full tilt

on my poker tracker, my files are being read but not imported. Full tilt my holdem PT works fine

Are you sure you have PTO set up to read hands from the correct hand history folder on the auto-import window? Are there any import errors? If you are using Vista are you running PTO and ALL poker programs as administrator?

I am running Windows XP, and it is currently reading & importing hands on tables I'm playing at. But tables I have open, and not playing, it doesn't import those.

Are you sure you have the auto-import window set up in PTO exactly as you do in PTH? Check the folder you have set to import hands from especially. What is that complete folder name? Also make sure on the Observed Hands tab that you don't have it set NOT to get observed hands.
