New User Trying to download hands from FTP for first time

I downloaded PTO yesterday (version 1.13.05a). Was I also supposed to download and install the patch file just below it?

I am trying to download hand histories for the first time from Full Tilt poker by clicking on the little FTP icon. I clicked on the 'Move processed files...' option and created a folder to move processed files. However, the process still seems to be frozen. Is this because I have a large number of files (I think it was about 250 hh files) or because I didn't install the patch? Should I let it continue to run or stop it and install the patch?

You need to be running version 1.13.05a, so if you're not you should install the patch. Then let it run until it finishes.
