Why does my PTO not find the Boss handhistories and the PT3 does import without problems?

"Import Finished - 1 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported."

And what does this strange message "PLEASE NOTE: due to formatting..." about a handhistory buck from Boss mean? If PT3 can import then there can`t be a bug or?

That is something that we put in to warn users about a long time ago. It may not apply anymore but to be honest I didn't think anyone even played Omaha at Boss anymore since I never here about any issues. Please create a new support ticket and attach one of the Boss Omaha hand history files so I can see what's going on.
