moving database

Is there a faster way then exporting 300HH files into text files. When I go to import them it wont allow me to do too many at a time other wise is says "error-was unable to import". Can I just move the whole .mdb file? Does it work that way?

I have about 200k hands on my desktop computer and 50K hands on my laptop that are included in the 200k. I just want to replace the laptop database with the desktop
