CAN NOT IMPORT HANDS FROM FULL TILT POKER

I have asked full tilt for my hand history cause i had lost mine. Well, they send me a single text file with all the hands of my last three weeks.
The problem is when I say PTO to import it, it doesnto work and I have to close the program cause it goes broke.
Can u help me please?Thank you

Use Utilities > File Splitter to break the file they sent you into smaller files, then put only the new small files in their own folder. Then use File > Auto-Import > Generic Setup to import all files from that folder.
