Missing hands after 1k hand 'trial' period

I purchased PTO about 24 hours ago.

I imported probably around 2-4k hands, but I think it only imported the 1k hands or whatever it was allowed to import before I put in a registration code. those hands show up in the ring game summary.

Now that I have a code however, I can't get those hands after the 1k hands, and it won't even import any hands I've played today.

It keeps saying "2 new files read- 0 hands imported"

All the preferences are default, and set to "all dates."

What site are you playing? Are you sure the poker site is still creating the hands as you play? What version of PTO?

Full Tilt. Yea, my HHs are saved. Version 1.13.02.

What folder do you have the auto-import window set up to import FTP hands from? Are these your hands or observed hands?

they are all my hands. they are in a folder on my desktop entitled "Full tilt Hand Histories" for simplicity sake.

OK, so you have FTP saving your hands to a desktop folder called "Full tilt Hand Histories" and you have the PTO auto-import window looking for new hands in this same desktop folder called "Full tilt Hand Histories"? If new hands are being written there then PTO can't keep saying "2 new files read- 0 hands imported". It must report something else like import errors. Open that folder. How many files are in there now?

Are you using Vista?
Isn't there an issue with applications not being able to write files to certain 'special' folders in Vista, such as 'My Documents', 'Program Files', and the desktop?
