Hi, I've downloaded PTO to try it. Yesterday it worked well, but today I got an error. ipoker.

Go to the Utilities/Database Maintenance and Options window.

Click on the database description text at the top left corner of the window.
Then hit the F11 key on your PC. This will cause another tab to appear
called "Orphaned Data". You will need to use the little arrow icons that
appear at the top right corner of the tab to scroll to see this new tab.

Click on the "Ring Check" button. This may take a little while to run
especially if you have a lot of hands so just let it come back and prompt
you when it's done. Once it comes back, click the "Fix Now" button. This
will run through and clean up all the orphaned records so that you can
import the hands again.

i see no database description text at the top left corner. is it "Database: OMAHA_PM"? then i hit it and pressed F11 but nothing happened, no other tab appeared. don't know what to do (

Click the OMAHA_PM text. Then press the F11 key on the keyboard. Arrows will appear next to the Misc. tab.

Also, how many hands have you imported so far? It looks like you have a lot of sessions.

thanks a lot. i don't know why, yesterday i pressed F11 a lot but had no result. today have reinstalled the program, pressed again and again had no result but finaly this tab appeared and i fixed the problem. i think i will bye this soft this week.

Hi, as a registered user now I ask for help again )

and the same on every hand. that happend after I tried to import Full Tilt's hands in the ipoker base by mistake. after that ipoker hands can't import too.

You can try reindexing as detailed here in the 4th post of this thread:
archives/PT2/viewtopic.php?t=13546&highlight=reindex+pgadmin

You can just reindex the HAND_HISTORIES table as that is the one causing the error.

i'm a problem boy but i didn't find any Schemas in my pgAdmin )

Click on your database name then the plus sign will appear allowing you to drill down to the schema.
