Just got new antivirus and PTO stopped importing

Hi,

I just got Windows Live OneCare and PTO has stopped importing my hands. I am playing on Bodog and my Hand Grabber is collecting the hands. I went through and created a new folder for Bodog Hand Grabber and identified it PTO, but still no luck.
Any advice?

I'm getting no import errors. PTO is simply not reading the hands. I have the right file for PTO to read from Bodog Hand Grabber, anything I'm missing? It's been awhile since I set-up PTO.

Are you sure the Bodog Hand Grabber is still creating hands and they are in the same place PTO is set to get them from?

Yes I am sure. Hand Grabber is working fine and saving hands to the folder that I have PTO auto- importing from. Like I say this all started when I got a new antivirus program. What can I do?

The program is Windows Live OneCare. I have disabled it and PTO still does not work.

I downloaded the software because I thought that my computer may have had a virus. My computer is now running fine, the software is disabled, but PTO is no longer importing hands. What should I try? What about re-downloading PTO would that help at all?

OK, try reinstalling the latest PATCH, version 1.13.02 from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:

Installed the patch, still not working. What else should I try?

I don't really know. If it worked before using this AV program and now it doesn't the AV program must have really screwed something up. The only thing left to try is to download and reinstall the Full program here:
