Question about using PT3 and PTO at the same time

I have had PT3 running in the past, and I am assuming if Auto Import is on it will steal the files from your pokersite HH folder and move them to the processed PT3 folder, obviously not recognizing Omaha hands. How to retrieve these processed hands for use in the PTO database, or is there a way? Also, can you run both Auto Imports at once or will that cause a problem?

Thanks, on a side note my PTO has been missing a lot of hands, and I just installed some patch that is supposed to correct the problem showing errors of "Flop not recognized" or w/e so I hope that helps.

Install the latest PATCH, version 1.13.01 from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:
http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PTO/download.php

I'm not sure what PT3 does with the Omaha files, but I would hope it doesn't move hand history files unless they are Hold'em hands. If it does move them find out what folder it puts the files in and move them back to the PokerStars hand history folder using the Windows Explorer. Then force the auto-import again in PTO.

Hello, actually this is exactly what PT3 does. If I have Move Processed Files checked in PT3 it moves all HE, Omaha and Stud HHs to the PT3\Processed folder. Its a real pain in the ass, as I have to either uncheck that option, or go phish out the Omaha and Stud HHs from there so I can import in PTS or PTO.
