not importing hand histories properly

Ive been trying to import hands from pokerstars, but it only seems to import like 1 out of every 5 hands or something like that.
When i click on error log display it has error messages like no flop found for game #17892...., these are all from autostars version(1.13.00)

These have all been from 4th june.

Can anyone help me with this?

Install the latest PATCH, version 1.13.01 from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:
