i play at everst and ongame
pokertracker reads throw the databases but does not import
a error message wont come eather
most of the the times he just runs throw and than says no new hands were found

Try importing with this PTO beta patch:
viewtopic.php?f=32&t=1664

Also make sure you are letting PTO change your regional settings:
Go to the PTO menu, Utilities > Regional Settings... to check this.

Does it say the hands are already in the database? And you checked the regional settings? Are the hands all real-money ring game hands?

Are you using Windows Vista? If so are you running PTO and all poker programs as administrator?

This time it says
Import Finished - 677 file(s) read - 666 new hand(s) were imported.
but they dont appear in the ring game player statistics
regional settings and administrator settings fixed

You probably have a filter set that is preventing you from seeing the data. Go to the Preferences tab and click the Remove All Filters button.
