problem with autoimport on pacific

Just got poker tracker and hand grabber for pacific which seemed to be working fine initially. Now when i open and click auto import i get the error message

Error finding the big blind (1) for game #95787443.


Please help!

Does this happen for every hand? Please post one of the hands where this happens.

I'm having the same problem. It started on 4/15, the same day as the original poster's problems apparently started.

I've contacted PT support, and so far we've attempted to fix it by downloading the most recent PT Patch, but that didn't solve the problem.

I wonder if the problem could be on Handgrabber's/Idleminer's end, as was the case for this poster's problem about a month ago:

Is anyone else having this problem? Did original poster get it solved?

Edit: I get a "file not found" error when I click on "Open file w/error" in PT, so I can't post a HH.

This is a problem with the HandGrabber program not formatting the hands correctly. Please contact Idleminer support about this.
