Can't see Hands on A Friends DB

Hi

I'm trying to do some analysis for a friend and he gave me both his hand and PTO databases. However, once I've loaded up the PTO database, which works fine, it can't find any of the hands themselves...as if they have not loaded with the DB. What am I doing wrong here please?

Since he also gave you his hand history database, go to the Utilities > Database Maintenance and Options, Hand History DBs tab and add his hhdbo.mdb file there. Then PTO will be able to show and replay his hands.

Seems to be working, although as I click through the hand replays, it says it can't find the hand...then shows it anyway???
