Import handhistory Error!

Hi all :) ..

Im new to PTO, but i have tried the orginal for a while ago.

But heres my problem : When i open "Import handhistoris/Tournaments summaries" click on: "Select files to import" , import my FTP handhistories.txt im getting this error : Error getting the seating information for tournament game #16608942268.

Can someone help me out please ? :) . im really having troubble!

Make sure the hand histories are being saved in English. If you installed FT and choose a different language the hands won't import. You would have to reinstall the Full Tilt software and select "English" when prompted.
