Transfering Database to Laptop from Desktop

Is it possible to transfer my PTO database from my desktop computer to my laptop computer? This way, I would have the stats (with my PAH) for myself and my opponents, without having to play thousands of more hands. Both computers have the same versions of PTO and PAH.

How would I go about transfering the databases, if possible?
