How to install SQL with Vista?

i have a new Laptop with Win Vista, and dont know how to install SQL with it. Do you have something like a "to do list"??

I kwne these dirction from my Computer with XP. But i dont know what UAC is..........

I would try it, but i get every time an error message when i try to download SQL "550 Failed to change Directory" or "Objekt not found" when i select an other Mirror.

If you are using Vista, you better start understanding what the UAC is because I'm sure you'll run into issues with it with other apps...
