Autorate Not Working on ABS?

It seems the autorate is not working on my hands imported. I am using PT2, version 2.17.03e, with Gametime+ at Absolute Poker. The box to autorate players on the importing screen for ABS is checked. For instance, I have one player that has over 200 hands played, VPIP 21%, PFR 10%, PFA 2.44, and they are showing as TPP (mouse). If I run the player rating through the icon and status of the player is updated. However, that takes along time as the database I have is large. I am using the PostgreSQL 8.2.

You are saying if you go to the auto-rate window and do a batch auto-rate that it updates the players icon but not while you are importing hands? If so, that's not possible if you have the "auto-rate on import" box checked, they both call the same functions to do the auto-rating. Are you using Vista? If so, are you sure you are running PT as administrator? Vista should prompt you to cancel/allow PT to run (and all your poker software) when you start it. Does it do this?
