PT2 Importing Issue

I'm using 2.17.03d.

What happens is I use the auto request to get some tournament summaries from Stars, then I open my email client (Thunderbird), login, and then I try to import the tournament summaries from my email. What's happening is it only recognizes one of the tournament summaries (and it fails to import even that one, it gives the error message "File contains no Texas Hold'em hands or unable to determine what poker site this file came from."). So I tried the suggested solution for all things import with GMail by turning POP3 off and then back on. Same issue. I've tried that along with re-requesting the summaries multiple times, no go; it still just recognizes one of the summaries.

If anybody could get this resolved for me it'd be great. Thanks.

Are you using the Check Email or POP3 option to import these emails? You should be using the POP3 button on the import window to read the emails from GMAIL.

I've got it coming through Thunderbird so I just open Thunderbird and use the Check email button. It always worked before right up until I started a new database. I'll try the POP3 method I suppose...

PT has never supported Thunderbird because there are issues with it truncating the email message after a certain number of characters. Use POP3 to read these emails, it doesn't then matter what your email client is.
