Problems with Boss media import, cash game HH

Yeah, so I keep getting these error msgs looking like this:

And it goes on and on. I have no clue what the problem is. I've bought a new computer and I never had any problems on my other one alltho Boss Media fucks up some of the HH at times.

Remove "jorn" and you have the e-mail used.

Zero hands are being imported. And yeah, I'm using Vista. Vista f*cks things up? Anything I can do about it?

Make sure you are running ALL poker programs as administrator and try again.

I'm always logged in as administrator. Does this matter? And when I check properties for the involved programs the "run as administrator"-thingie is greyed out. I hate computers.

I'm not sure what the problem would be then. Pat will be back tomorrow and may have some other things you can try.

Does Vista prompt you to cancel/allow PT to run when you try to start it? It should be.
Do you have PT setup to change your regional settings to English/US?

If yes to both questions use the support system to send me a ticket and attach one of the XML files that causes the error...

Ah, regional settings fixed it, ups. Alltho I still get way more errors than I used to get on my old xp-comp. Guess I'll see after the next session.

About the UAC. I refuse to have it turned on as it is the most annoying shit ever created.
