Format error

Very new to this but things were going great until i came across the following problem, I have searched the archives but have not found an answer to this problem

Any help would be much appreciated. This stops my poker tracker from collecting data and has put me at a standstill, It seems like it is just a single hand i would like to disregard this and continue

Format error - negative rake calculated for game #8271803106. This is usually indicative of the hand history missing player betting actions, possibly because of a disconnect problem. To import the hand you would need to contact Full Tilt support and ask them to send you a correctly formatted version of this hand.

This error does not stop new hands from being imported. If it keeps happening then it sounds like you aren't using the "Move processed files" option of the auto-import window so that PT moves the file containing this hand to another folder.
