Receiving My Registration Codes for PT2 and PAH

I purchased PT3 knowing that I will need to keep using PT2 and Poker Ace HUD since UB is not supported in PT3. My free trial with PT2 and PAH are expired and I would like to get a registration code to activate them since they are free with the purchase of PT3. Will these be sent to me automatically like the PT3 one was or is there something I missed? I opened a ticket this morning in support, but no answer yet and I am hoping to have them both activated before I start playing again tonight. Thanks!
