no hand history on some dates

I was exporting hand histories to file when i realized that for a solid continous week it exports 0 hands and sais unable to retrieve hands. NOt sure y or how i would fix this as i would like to be able to import them into pt3. DO u have to have save hand history text for this to work correctly as i thought the save hand history text is teh chat log and not the actual hand history file. thanks for any help

The option to save or not save the hand history text is for the entire hand. So if you are importing observed hands and have that option to not save the text then that is why you get the errors.
