Postby fornicator1 » Mon Jun 09, 2008 6:02 am

I just installed pt2 and its running great but I am on a stake/coaching deal and I have to email my whole pt db to my backer. Where do i find this or how do I do it?

Click File -> Maintain Database Names ...

That will bring up a dialog box that tells you the exact filename of the database.

It says that option is available to registered users of pokertracker only.

I'm just on my free trial period atm, do I have to pay for it to be able to do that?

See this FAQ where it tells you what the file names are...

None of those file names exist.

Does pt have a customer service # or help via aim chat or anything?

After you have registered the program there is support through the support system on this very website.

There is no phone/IM support and you don't have to have registered to get support.

Those files have to be there or you wouldn't be able to run the program. If you don't see the file names then it's probably because you don't have file extensions enabled.

From the Windows Explorer menu select the Tools option and then select Folder Options.

Click on the View tab.

UNCHECK the box that says "Hide extensions for known files types" and click the Apply button.
