I need a popup stat which shows 3 and 4 betting in relation to position like in Holdem Manager or elephant.

Something Like:

3bet EP MP LP SB BB
5 5 9 20 40

Do you mean in PT3? (please post PT3 issues in the PT3 section of the forum - PAH is a separate application).

You can build positional stats like this using Custom Stats - there are a few positional versions of other stats available for download from the Repository, so download some of those and look how they are built. You will then be able to build positional versions of whatever stats you like.
