I been getting this message for the past month and it causes my tables to freeze in mid hands. Usually its long enough for me to time out and its seems to be getting longer and longer each time.
Is it because its trying to read 2 databases? Or because I use the "flicker free drawing"? I play on UB and my computer has 2 gb of RAM if this helps.

It's because PAH is rebuilding the cache.
The best thing I find is to disable automatic cache updating at start up of PAH, and instead do it manually at the end of a session before turning it off.
