PA Hud not showing own stats correct (Ongame)

I have put my own stats to the top left corner of the layout and checked "Show mine". N/A and 0 hands is all I get. I have the correct PT2 database selected (PA Hud/Preferences/Databases/Holdem) Stats of other players work fine. I'm using PA HUD 1.19.10.4 and PT2 version 2.17.04g.

Also PT2 keeps on tilting every 10-30 minutes when auto-importing hands. If i change the folder where PT2 processes files, the problem goes away for another 10-30 minutes.

Please make sure that you have imported all the existing hands then use the option in PT2 to clear the database file.
Also make sure that you don't have a lot of old hand history files in the hand history folder, and that the 'move processed files' option is enabled.
This Tutorial - Preventing Duplicates refers to PT3, but the same principals apply.

If you still have problems after that please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

I still have been unable to get my stats to show. And PA HUD only discovers the tables occasionally. When it does recognise them, things work ok (except my own stats). I have sent you the PA HUD log file. While creating this log file PA HUD couldn't recognise the table I was palying, but PT2 imported the hands fine.

After deleting handhistory files from C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\P5\Betsson\handhistory -folder, and changing PT2's "move processed files..." setting to a new, empty folder, PA HUD started to work again. It even showed my own stats for a few hands time, but it didn't show my session stats, it showed all my hands. After playing a few hands, my own stats disappeared (N/A, 0) again. I guess HUD will continue working with other player's stats for a while, and then crash again, that seems to be the pattern.

Please attach a new log file to your ticket showing the new problem.
I replied to your ticket a few hours ago, but the reply doesn't seem to have gone through somehow. Since your issue has now changed I won't bother re-sending it, but when you update your ticket I'll take another look at it.

My problem has been investigated for 8 days now. Last guy who sent me a question asked whether I'm logging into my PokerStars account before opening the tables. If you have asked me to send three PA Hud log files, and I have sent them, would it be too much to ask that you would even know whether I'm playing on Ongame or PokerStars?

You really aren't putting too much effort into PT2 + PA Hud problems anymore, are ya? If this is the way you handle support, my next purchase will be HEM.
