My HUB (using Ultimate Bet) will only appear in the chat box for cash games. It works properly for tournaments. Is this a known issue, or have I screwed it up myself?

Are you using PT3?
This issue seems to happen if you have the table window maximized so for now you'll need to have your tables non-maximized when you start the HUD.
