PAHUD not working with Poker Stars

I updated Poker Stars on two computers today and now PAHUD does not work on either of them. I added the PT2 patch (Version 2.17.03j) and ensured that hands are being imported into my database properly. I am using POSTgreSQL as my database is too big for Access. On 1 computer I updated PAHUD from v1.18 to v1.19.10.2 beta and now PAHUD will not even recognize tables that are opened. Btw, I did reset all of the preferences under the options tab. On the other computer (v1.18) tables come up into the PAHUD window, but no player stats appear and the table stats say N/A. I have looked through this forum and have yet to see a solution that works. Thanks in advance for ideas.....

PAHUD v1.19.10.2 beta is bringing open tables into the PAHUD window, but no stats are being listed (all N/A). It is as if PAHUD can no longer access my database and bring up stats??

I'm using PTO + PAHUD at Stars and the HUD is not working for me either. It shows the showndown cards at the end of the hand, but no stat overlay for any of the players. I even tried installing todays patch for the "USD" change Stars made in the HH's, but that didn't work either.

I'm using PAHUD 1.19.10.2 beta + PTO 1.13.04m and PAHUD recognizes the Pokerstars tables but only displays empty stats (- / na) for myself and the table. No actual stats are showing for any players. On one table I was seeing mucked cards for a little while, but still no stats and the mucked cards show inconsistently.

I've tried using both "use the memory scanner" and "use the hand history files" but neither makes any difference in what I'm seeing. I also confirmed my proper PTO access databases are selected in PAHUD.

Are the hands importing properly? PokerStars changed their hand history format slightly yesterday and that is likely what is causing this problem at its core - are the hands importing as a different limit than they were previously?

Same problem for me. Trackerv2 shows new limit with USD in title and records hands properly under that limit. PAHUD latest BETA recogninzes active table with same title as in Trackerv2 but shows NA under all statistics and shows no layout on PokerStars table. WHAT GIVES???

I just confirmed it is importing the hands, but obviously they are not getting processed properly, I guess due to the added currency designation (USD). The hands are reported in the right limits for me in PTO.

Also, to clarify what I said before. The (-) and (n/a) stats are just shown for my (ME) stats, there are no other stat boxes for any other player.

We're looking into it; it appears that PokerStars changed its hand history format in yesterday's update and we are working to see what needs to get done.

Hands are importing at the correct limit. So PTO appears to be working fine, but not PAHUD. It has to be an issue with the Stars Software update since everything worked fine on Monday, but not on Tuesday.
