Stats not showing for some players

Hi,

19.6 beta last version reinstaled to my lapotop after system crash. Stats are not appearing for some players at Stars. I tried changing all option in PAHud: filters, settings, play at other sites etc still the same problem. Sometimes stats are shown for the same player at one table while missing at another table.

Now I can fix the problem temporalry when I select or unselect database to be used from the PAHud list, than the stats seems to be appearing properly. But after some time on new tables/new players the problem comes back. No matter if the player has 20 or 1000 hands in the database if he sits in sometimes the stats just not shown, table averages dont count him. Desktop works properly, laptop was working properly before crash.

Any tips?

Check to see if there are any old hand history files in the PS Hand History folder - this can sometimes cause this kind of issue.
Are you using the cache on this new install? What about on the other computer?
Sounds like you've tried with all the filters turned off?
Make sure you have no gaps in the 'refresh rates'.

If you still have the problem, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.
