no Stats for Stars 6max

Hey,

Iv read tutorials and checked everything.

No stats are showing for stars 6max, how ever PT2 is importing hands, and Pahud recocgnises tables, and show 's mucked cards, but it doesnt show stats!
I use PT2 version 2.17.02a and pahud beta version 1.19.6 Beta what i just recently downloaded, maybe thats it?

Could you help me plsz

No, 1.19.6 is the recommended version.
Have you configured a 6-max layout for Stars on the Layout Manager?
Does it work for other table sizes?
Have you configured PAH to use the correct PT2 database(s)? Options -> Preferences -> Databases -> Holdem.

i'm having the exact same problem. pahud had worked fine, but now stars 6-max is not working properly. it sometimes works for a while when pahud first opens, but then stats start disappearing until no players have anything showing. this includes my own stats, which show as 0 hands played and n/a for all categories. i might initially get stats on one or two of four tables, then within a few minutes the stats are gone.

tables are being picked up and mucked cards are shown, and pt is working fine.

pt 2.17.02a, pahud 1.19.6 beta

Is this specific to 6-max tables?
Have you tried it at other sized tables?

Are you aware of this issue after the recent pokerstars update?

it's really hit and miss, sometimes i get stats sometimes i don't. i played 6-max for a few hours on sunday and it worked 100%. tonight, maybe 30% of stats, at best.

if i close pahud sometimes i get different results. my own stats don't even show up for the most part. i'll submit a support ticket with logs and screen caps. my pt is working fine, importing hands as expected. i'm not using pahud cache, i'll set that up tonight.

a quick look at the log file shows that for the tables not showing stats, it doesn't look like queries are even being made to my postgres db. the tables do show up in the pahud console with stats of n/a n/a even though i have many hands on most of the players.

The cache will probably help in that case, especially if you have a large database(s).

Working fine yesterday as it generally has for years - today zip - no stats - no final hands revealed - no importing as HUD not even listing me at table.
Not that I think it is the problem (there was no reason for it to be) but I tried installing the latest HUD but fail - getting NSIS message: The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete .......... HELP please

When Stars software updates sometimes it 'forgets' that it is supposed to be writing hand histories.

Make sure you have hands being written and imported into PT2 first.

Since it's been working, I assume you're using PAH 1.19.6?
The install file hasn't changed for a while now, and there is no problem with it, if you need to then try re-downloading it.
