How do I create a saved hud file?

I have some downloaded .huds, but can't figure out how to move my saved huds so I can make some more without losing my old ones. I know there's a simple solution to this but I can't figure it out. anyone? Only 5 IQ points required for this one...beats my 4 hi tho. :)

In the layout manager. File -> export.
