PokerAce HUD won't read my Ongame HHs. Pokertracker is importing them fine. I've set up, I believe, the correct folder to read from, the AppData/Local/P5/bwin/handhistory folder. And yet, nothing is read by HUD. What could the problem be, please? Thank you.

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

The guy who examined my log said this: "It does seem that we have a problem here - this has been reported to the development team for further investigation."

What does that mean? How long can I expect it to take?

It really depends on what the problem is. Until the development team investigate we won't know.
