Where do I find on how to use?

I'm a new poker player and don't fully understand on how to use all this information the PokerTracker gives me. I have the v.3.00 5.2 and I looked in the forums and I don't see where it goes into how to use the information to my advantage. Please point me in the right direction.

Please post PT3 questions in the PT3 section - PAHud is a separate application which only works with PT2.

I have noticed a lot of banners of Hand History companies on the PokerTracker website.

Hand HQ, ThePokerHH, Idle Miner. Is there any suggestions which one is the best value and works best with PT?

They do different things - some of them sell you hand histories directly and some of them sell you an application which will allow you to generate your own hand histories from observed tables, so it really depends what you want to do.
