old user need a new registration code?

been using ace hud for years.
Today it pop up that I need a new registration code.

Tried already the old code but can't get through. Please help :lol:

BTW, ace hud should be a lifelong product ,right ?

Yeah that shouldn't be happening. Please make sure that your firewall/anti-virus is not blocking PAHUD from connecting to our registration server.

I got the same thing, right at the stroke of midnight it read:

Your registration needs updated. Please verify that today is Sept 11, 2009 and allow pokerace HUD to connect ot the internet in order to update your registration.

Hit ok and it says I'm running a trial version that works for only 1 table at a time and to register for full version. Try reregistering with my reg code and same error. Had version 1.19.10.2, updated to the latest version 1.19.10.3 and same error.

PokerAce is working fine until the date becomes September 11, 2009. As soon as the day switches over, PokerAce asks for a registration code. I used my current registration code and PokerAce continues to fail.

I changed my timezone to Pacific time (making the date September 10, 2009 in the process): in this case, PokerAce worked again. But as soon as I change the date back to September 11, 2009, PokerAce fails.

I can replicate this bug 100% of the time.

wow I'm a moron. Wish I had thought of that as I needed to use HUD for my last final table lol. I test this and confirmed that it launches fine now, so something going on with the 9/11 date ... hope Al-Qaeda has not decided to take over our pokerace HUD.

Man this sucks. About to start 8 SNGs and now I have to play them blind. Why do you have to do this? Once I've bought it and registered it, let it run forever! Something goes wrong at your end and now I can't use it? Grrrrrrrrr....

What do we do?

It does sound like a problem on our end - it's possible that the security has been update on our registration server and this has been overlooked.
I have reported it to the person in charge.
