Importing hands

I just imported a bunch of hands that I had emailed to me, I thought that it would be at least a couple hundred more hands and maybe it did but when I go to final hands, it isn't that much more than it was before I imported them. On final hands does it omit some hands that you had if you folded and you didn't have anything good? I though I had 200 or 300 something in that category and then I imported easily 320 hands that I had in email more and when I imported them it said it imported correctly and did not give me an error. Do you have to run house keeping and what does house keeping do?

That said, the final hands section ignores hands where you didn't see a flop at a very minimum, which probably accounts for the numerical discrepancy you are experiencing.
