having problems with ongame

Postby vitutus » Tue Nov 18, 2008 9:50 am

Hey,

I just started playing at ongame again and im having a big problem. When I start to play I have to ALWAYS reset my DBs, otherwise pahud doesn't work. It says 'problem clearing ongame files' or something like that and also 'can't load *.statistic file. But when I reset my DBs then it all works. I remember when I played at ongame a year and half ago I didn't have that problem as far as I can remember. So what would be the right solution to get rid of that big problem or should I just be happy with it and don't do anything.

Note.

I couldn't find any topic related this post so thats why I made a new topic :) maybe I just suck at searching...

OK, that's good.
I'm not sure of the exact details of how PAH deals with the ongame .db files so I'll try to get someone to look at this thread who will be able to answer you.

Are you running PAH as an administrator? It sounds like PAH is having trouble modifying the file due to improper permissions...

What version of Windows? You may need to re-install both PAH & OnGame ensuring that you have admin privileges during installation. I'm pretty confident that'll resolve the issue.

Hey again,

I think I figured it out myself. I tested all kind of stuff and finally noticed that when I open my PAH before I open ongame software it will work but not if I open my ongame before PAH. Im using Windows XP and ofcourse I can try to re-install both PAH and ongame.

Please post PT3 issues in the PT3 section of the forum - PAH is a separate product.

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
